At the end of October, as a whole, at the end of the grape season, wine salons and tastings take place in different countries.
The three largest Russian cities – Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg are no exception.
Spanish Ambassador to the Russian Federation Fernando Valderrama opened the Salon of Spanish Wines in Moscow on October 29, a bit later, on October 31 St. Petersburg took up the baton and on November 2 – Yekaterinburg, with the participation of ICEX.
About 50 Spanish wineries, including BODEGAS VIVANZA, trading houses, as well as major Russian distributors of Spanish wines, brandy and sherry, presented their wines to the professional audience (sommeliers, representatives of restaurant industry, representatives of retail chains and wine boutiques).
The BODEGAS VIVANZA wineries presented to the public were highly appreciated by the professionals in the wine industry.
The DOP VIVANZA collection of wines caused particular admiration. It was presented by the original red wine from the rare grape assemblage of Monastrell, Syrah, Pinot Noir, rose wine from Syrah and Merlot grapes, which contains except traditional fruit notes and strawberries also green leaves of currant which gives the wine a brighter “manly” taste.
DOP LASCALA wines have also been praised by experts with positioning as a base wine for everyday life.
Spain is the main exporter of wine in the Russian Federation (in terms of deliveries) and No. 2 on the bottled wine market “- it is reported on the official Embassy page on the social network Facebook
